More knitterly progress

These pieces essentially give me a sense of accomplishment. Which is nice. Especially as I have a few ungainly pieces in progress where the end is so not in sight. We won't mention the lingering UFO's (& not of the alien variety).

hi, I just found your blog on olannban... I thought I was the only one trying to keep up with the patches of The art of knitting:)) I still have endless balls lying about from the first blanket - did you finish yours???
happy knitting

Hi Bettina,

Glad you found me! :)

I have yet to piece any of the squares together for either blanket. I'm going to have to back order some of the issues in order to have a complete set.

Fingers crossed that it'll happen!

Happy crafting.

thank you - it makes me feel a bit better that I am not the only "unfinished" knitter:)) I have to backorder only one issue - no. 2. I harrassed the newsagent with all the rest, but somehow they never managed to order that one for me! of course, that's the one with the free folder (though I wonder what anyone would be able to do with just one - my issues fill three normal files by now!) well, I am not dead yet, I might even manage to finish both blankets in this life:)) don't forget to show a pic - once you're finished....
